Shiraz and Viognier were co-fermented giving a lifted perfume nose and intensifying the vibrant Shiraz colour.. The nose shows subtle white pepper, ripe black fruits, boysenberry and cassis interwoven with violets and exotic spice. Medium bodied with lovely velvety tannins.
