The Cabernet Merlot is produced from select parcels of premium fruit grown on blocks 1 & 3 on the Yarrawood Estate.  The wine is barrel matured and is deep red in colour with a crimson hue.   There are lifted aromas of blackurrant, plum, olive and subtle oak.  The palate is gentle and well rounded displaying rich purple and black fruits.  Savoury notes of tobacco and clove are encased by fine tannins and finished with sweet fruit and toasted oak.
